Information we collect
When you request a consultation, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, service needs, preferred contact method, and the information you choose to include in your message. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, passwords, tax documents, or other sensitive records through the consultation form.
We may also collect limited technical and referral information, such as the page where your visit began, an external referring page, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers. We use session storage to preserve that attribution during your visit.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, arrange consultations, evaluate whether our services fit your needs, maintain prospect and client records, improve our website, measure marketing performance, prevent abuse, and meet legal or professional obligations.
We do not sell consultation-form information. We may share information with service providers that support our communications, scheduling, hosting, security, document exchange, or practice management, subject to appropriate access controls.
Email, phone, and text messages
Submitting the consultation form allows us to respond about that inquiry by email or phone. Text messages are optional and require a separate consent selection. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to a text message to opt out.
Electronic signatures and audit evidence
When a designated signer reviews, signs, or declines an engagement letter electronically, we maintain evidence needed to attribute that action and preserve the agreement record. This evidence may include the server-recorded date and time, IP or network address, browser and device metadata, the signer's typed name and title, consent and authority acknowledgements, document fingerprints, and the signing-event history.
We use this information solely to operate secure electronic signing, establish the authenticity and integrity of the record, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal and professional recordkeeping obligations. Signing invitations do not use marketing attribution or analytics storage.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to limit unauthorized access. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. A client portal is not currently active on this website, so do not send sensitive financial or tax documents through the consultation form, ordinary email, or text. If an engagement requires document exchange, we will provide separate instructions and identify the approved method before files are sent.
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including follow-up, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete inquiry information, subject to any recordkeeping obligations that require us to retain it. You may also decline optional text messages and contact us by phone instead of using the online form.
